This website is operated by Arma Biosciences Inc. (“ArmaBio”, “we”, “us”). It describes our bioelectronic sensing platform for partners, customers and candidates. The site is not a medical device, does not offer diagnostic services and does not give medical advice.

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, interfere with how it works, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to copy its content beyond what ordinary search engines do.

The site describes technology that is still being developed. Performance figures, timelines, market descriptions and product details are given for general information, may change without notice, and are not an offer or a commitment to supply any product or service. Nothing on the site replaces professional medical, regulatory, legal or investment advice.

The site and everything on it — text, images, video, renders, logos, designs and code — belong to ArmaBio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other copying, distribution, adaptation or commercial use needs our prior written permission.

Please do not send confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it; anything you submit through the site is treated as non-confidential unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We may change the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed; if you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
